A kid in King Arthur’s Court

Hoping to catch up on the blog this week. A week ago we spent time in Southern England spending most of our time in Devon and Cornwall exploring the rocky coastal line that surrounds England. We managed to find the crowds while passing Stone Henge but mange to grab a quick photo and learn about the history of Britons early settlers.

The next day we headed to Tintagel which is believed to be the home of King Arthur and Merlin. Im always remind of the movies I watch a child here its like take a full leap back into the Middle Ages. The Castle has collapsed over the centuries but I think that what’s gives its beauty, having the imagine what it could of looked like as we scowared through the ruins. Unfortunately the Castle was closed to pillage due to bridge construction but have some older photos from past visits. At the base of the castle is a beach and cave that is only accessible when the tide receded. The kids had tons of fun cliff jumping, exploring merlins cave, and playing in the rocky sand.
